How do I place a sample order? +

Simply send your design tech pack or a clear photo. For T-shirt printing, we can sample in 1 day. For custom cut & sew styles, it takes 5-8 days. Sample fees are typically 500-800 RMB and are refundable upon bulk orders.

What is your real MOQ for custom designs? +

We specialize in low MOQ for startups. Our standard MOQ for cut & sew (OEM) is 100 pcs per style. However, for T-shirt/Hoodie printing on our blanks, we support orders as low as 1 pc.

Do you provide "Blind Shipping" or Private Labeling? +

Yes. We can customize your main labels, care labels, and hang tags. We also support direct shipping to your warehouse or fulfillment center without our factory's branding.

How can I trust the quality from overseas? +

We implement AQL 2.5 standards and provide video inspection at every stage. You are also welcome to hire third-party inspectors like SGS or ITS to audit our factory in Guangzhou.
